Compensation

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00 per hour , depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales. This is the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Summary

A Field Lead acts as a coach to the Delivery Reps and Service Techs in the district. Advises using a commitment to safety to support drivers and techs on basic district operations. Supports the training of new drivers and techs, answering questions while safeguarding company assets. Performs the duties of a Delivery Representative or Service Technician as needed.
