Housekeeping / Server – Full time, Monday – Friday - At Carrollton Club Apartments, we’re committed to creating a community that feels like home for our residents which starts with caring, reliable staff who go above and beyond. This position plays a key role in food service and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. If you have a dedicated, team-oriented passion for helping others and while supporting the day-to-day operations of our community then we are looking for you to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Housekeeping Responsibilities :

• Clean occupied and vacant apartments to market-ready status
• Remove trash, clean windows, walls, appliances, floors, and bathrooms
• Clean communal areas such as breezeways, laundry rooms, offices, and fitness centers
• Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors using appropriate equipment
• Communicate supply needs to management
• Respect resident property and maintain privacy
• Deliver communications to residents
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Food Service Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications
