Housekeeping / Server – Full time, Monday – Friday - At Carrollton Club Apartments, we’re committed to creating a community that feels like home for our residents which starts with caring, reliable staff who go above and beyond. This position plays a key role in food service and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Housekeeping Responsibilities :
- Clean occupied and vacant apartments to market-ready status
- Remove trash, clean windows, walls, appliances, floors, and bathrooms
- Clean communal areas such as breezeways, laundry rooms, offices, and fitness centers
- Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors using appropriate equipment
- Communicate supply needs to management
- Respect resident property and maintain privacy
- Deliver communications to residents
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Food Service Responsibilities :
Set dining tables with linens, utensils, and glasswareTake and deliver meal orders; explain menu items to residentsServe beverages and meals professionally and promptlyClear dishes and clean dining tables, counters, and floorsStock service stations and refill condimentsAssist with food prep including salads, desserts, and beveragesWash dishes and remove kitchen trashCreate meal tickets and ensure accurate billing through rental officeRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentStrong customer service skills requiredOnly qualified applicants will be considered for interviews
Ability to pass background and drug screen
