We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

  • About the Role :

    As an Inside Sales Representative with Pavestone you are responsible for :

  • Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
  • Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
  • Creating accurate and complete invoices / sales orders.
  • Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Assisting dispatch with orders.
  • Completing daily paperwork.
  • About You :

    The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier / outdoor environment).
