Job Description

Licensed Counselor position responsible for providing individual and group addiction treatment to adult patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.

Qualifications include a valid LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license for Oklahoma or supervised registration, plus a valid driver’s license.

Key duties involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating counseling sessions, collaborating with community agencies, ensuring confidentiality, maintaining patient files, and participating in case reviews and professional development.

Requires physical ability for desk work and occasional lifting, and mental alertness, attention to detail, and adherence to instructions are essential.
