Pay Rate : $22.00–$23.00 / hour

Shift / Hours : 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours / day

Job Summary

As a Buyer , you will be responsible for procuring goods and services for the organization while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery . You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill procurement requirements and maintain supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Review purchase requisitions to determine appropriate procurement strategies

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; solicit bids or quotations

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize value

Generate accurate purchase orders and contracts in compliance with policy

Track and expedite order delivery to meet project deadlines

Resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or product quality

Maintain supplier performance records and relationships

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience

Solid knowledge of procurement best practices

Strong negotiation and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Experience

Familiarity with contract management principles

Exposure to supply chain logistics and inventory processes

Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
