Sales Team Manager - Core Sales
A dynamic and strategic leader, the Core Sales Team Manager guides and develops the Integrator and End-User Sales Representative teams. This role is instrumental in defining and fostering a high-performance culture, while coaching team members to reach their full potential and consistently exceed sales goals. The manager will use a data-oriented approach to elevate the customer experience, using insights to inform senior management and drive the strategic evolution of the core sales teams and account development initiatives. This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.

$135,000 - $150,000 a year
Based on the Sacramento region, the new hires minimum and maximum target salary for this role is $135k - $150k. Inductive Automation's ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Although it is not typical for an individual to start at the top end of the range for the position, compensation decisions are dependent on : the facts and circumstances of each case, work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
