Radiology Physician

Premier Physician Services is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Diagnostic / Breast Radiologist to join our dynamic team supporting a Missouri-based healthcare system. This role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote). We re looking for a physician who values precision, collaboration, and compassionate care someone eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a balanced workweek with no weekends or overnight shifts. ️ Position Overview :

• Employment Type : Independent Contractor (1099) ; Competitive Wage
• Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
• Work Format : Hybrid (onsite / remote)
• Location : Kansas City (Will be credentialed for all MO facilities)
• Technology : EPIC EMR INFINITT PACS Key Responsibilities :
• Perform Image-Guided Breast Biopsies Including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures
• Patient Consultation & Education Provide clear, empathetic communication before and after procedures
• Collaborate with Referring Physicians Ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
• Post-Procedure Monitoring & Follow-Up Manage recovery and address any complications
• Maintain Accurate Documentation Ensure thorough records of procedures and patient interactions
• Participate in Quality Assurance Initiatives Support continuous improvement in clinical care Qualifications :
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained Mammographer Will consider non BC if certain criteria has been met
• MQSA Certified
• Valid Missouri medical license
• Proficiency in breast biopsy techniques
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
