CRITICAL CARE TRANSPORT NURSES (Day Shift)\n\nFULL TIME - PART TIME\n\nTypical Shifts : 12-hour Shifts. Rotations and set schedules available.\n\nREQUIREMENTS : \n\nAll CCT RN candidate must have a minimum combination of 2 years ER, ICU experience, previous CCT experience preferred.\n\nPer Diem RNs must have at least 1 year of previous Flight RN, Flight Medic, or Critical Care Transport experience.\n\nSUMMARY : \n\nCritical Care Transport RNs play a pivotal role at Falcon, overseeing the delivery of exceptional patient care in a mobile critical care environment. Providing exceptional healthcare leadership, which is instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. This dynamic role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, implements evidence-based practices, and contributes to the overall enhancement of patient outcomes\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : \n

• Serve as a Critical Care Transport RN, adhering to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional care.\n
• Complete all required patient charting in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.\n
• Develop strong rapport with patients, ensuring they receive proper education, understand their care plan, and are informed about goals and outcomes throughout the transport experience.\n
• Lead teams of EMTs within their scope of care, responding to all patient care needs through appropriate therapeutic standards, including life-saving interventions.\n
• Knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices, providing suggestions or feedback for the enhancement of medical protocols and guidelines.\n
• Serve as a role model in communication to patients, EMTs, Dispatch, and other medical professionals, ensuring clear and effective interactions.\n
• Contribute to the success of Falcon Ambulance by performing any other related duties deemed necessary to meet the needs of the company.\n
• Maintain certification(s) and licensures consistent with performing job duties and qualification to work in county(s).\n
• Adhere to company and EMSA policies and procedures.\n
• Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.\n
• Attend all training, classes, and meetings to maintain compliance and highest standards of care.\n\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : \n
• Active State of California RN License\n
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS\n
• Additional Santa Clara Badge Requirements for working in Santa Clara County\n\nALL DEPLOYMENT STATIONS BY COUNTY : \n
