Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR) Paid time off and paid vacation BCBSIL Health and Dental benefits, including free Vision insurance 401k with employer match DSP work qualifies for CNA license renewal DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required Entry level position. Training is provided and paid! High school completion or equivalency- high school diploma, signed high school transcript including graduation date or G.E.D. required Successfully complete and pass background check Weekend / holiday availability may be required Companionship and caregiving Housekeeping and meal preparation Assistance with medication Assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming Ability to stay alert and responsive at all times
