What You'll Do :

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Lead daily shift operations with confidence and positivity

Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback with care

  • 100% table touches

Support and uplift team members, providing coaching and motivation

Expedite food and ensure smooth kitchen-to-table flow

Able to stand and walk for most of your shift and able to lift kegs, tables, chairs, etc. as needed

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local health regulations

Promote and protect our family-focused culture

Represent our restaurant proudly in the community

Help develop team members and support their growth

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management - 2 years
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the food service industry
  • Ability to learn our POS system
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
