Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - RN Residency Program

Now Accepting Applications!!!\n\n$5,000 / Two (2) Year Agreement!\n\nThe Baxter Health RN Residency Program provides a comprehensive on boarding experience to transition and support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The Baxter Health RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.\n\nThis program was designed for RN graduates and RN's, with six (6) months or less experience. RN's with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.\n\nRequired Documents Include : \n
