Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT / X-Ray Technologist with active ARRT(CT) certification and at least 3 years of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a diagnostic imaging setting with CT and X-ray modalities
  • Performs both CT and general radiologic procedures as part of daily responsibilities
  • Day shift schedule from 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm, weekdays only with no call required
  • Responsible for performing and evaluating CT and X-ray examinations to produce optimal diagnostic images
  • Schedules and prepares patients and exam rooms for procedures, ensuring proper instructions and organization
  • Requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Must maintain patient confidentiality and deliver quality, compassionate care
  • Reports directly to the Imaging Services Manager

  • Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications are required
  • Current BLS / BCLS certification is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with ARRT registry
  • Must have an active state license if applicable
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting / moving patients and equipment of at least 20 pounds
