Financial Analyst | Spartanburg, SC | Up to $85K + Bonus

A leading organization in Spartanburg is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing FP& A team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and building financial models that drive real business insight.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and maintain Excel models for performance analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Support analytics initiatives using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or R (experience a plus).

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of FP& A or financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (minor or interest in data science preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong communication and analytical mindset.
