Senior HR Generalist
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for executing and managing Human Resources processes in the assigned region, supporting the organization in achieving its business goals and strategies, while ensuring the satisfaction and development of all team members.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring proper calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions while maintaining adherence to FLSA and other labor regulations.
- Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity laws, anti-discrimination regulations, and other workplace mandates.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans (e.g., 401k), and other voluntary benefits, ensuring accurate administration, enrollment, and deductions.
- Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, state-specific leave laws, and other voluntary or statutory leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with laws governing benefits, like ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and other applicable benefits laws.
- Prepare and submit all required reports to government agencies, including tax filings, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance documentation.
- Monitor HR compliance metrics, maintain proper documentation, and support internal audits to mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for mid-level and managerial positions in accordance with business needs.
- Manage compensation proposals and contractual terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Safeguard internal equity by analyzing salary bands and leveraging IT market data for different positions.
- Prepare annual budget for personnel and Human Resources initiatives.

Qualifications :
Must be based in Miami - Fort Lauderdale area. (Adistec doesn't offer relocation assistance for this position)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.Must have 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist or managerial roles. Preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions.Must be SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP CertifiedMust be Bilingual (English - Spanish)Experience with payroll systems (Paychex, etc).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Microsoft ProficiencyBenefits offered :
