We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team in South OKC. This role is perfect for individuals with prior call center, sales, or dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers
- Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, warranties, and financing options
- Actively follow up with leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Deliver professional and friendly service that builds customer trust and repeat business
