Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date : As soon as credentialed

Contract Length : Ongoing

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 45 AM 3 : 30 PM (some flexibility)

Call Required : Yes split weekday / weekend / holiday / night call; approximately every 5 6 weekends

Call Coverage : Team-based scheduling with post-call recovery (day off or early out)

Clinical Details

Setting : Hospital (3 ORs + 1 Endo suite; expanding with ASC)

Supervision Model : 3 CRNAs on-site at all times / shifts

Patient Population : All ages

Procedures : General surgery, ortho (including total joints), OB / GYN (including C-sections), urology, plastics, hand cases, endoscopy, regional and neuraxial anesthesia, IV sedation / MAC, and lines / intubations outside the OR

Volume : 230 cases / month; 7 12 surgeries / day

Hours of Operation : 10-hour surgical day; urgent / emergent only after hours

Support Staff : 5 providers (4.8 FTEs) + 2 per diem
