Waypoint, formerly known as Waban, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our existing OT Team at our Fraser Ford School, a licensed therapeutic pre-school and special education program. The Therapist works as part of the child’s team to implement treatment goals and provide direct services under the supervision of the Licensed OT, to children aged 3 through Grade 5, in this year-round Day Treatment setting. At Fraser Ford, we serve children with Autism, developmental disabilities, and related needs in this friendly, active, evidence-based program. The Therapist works in collaboration with on-site professionals that also include Certified Special Education Teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech and PT providers, and Educational Technicians / Behavioral Health Professionals who directly to support the children in a 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 staffing ratio.
