Automotive Service Manager Requirements :

• Have at least 3 years of successful Service Manager experience.
• Strong leadership skills
• A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems
• Must be dedicated to creating an environment focused on achievement through positive coaching and consistent training of team members
• Provide leadership, guidance, and team building to service and parts departments to meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Develop and implement goals and objectives that align with the dealership strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and control the performance of the department and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and coach team members within service and parts to foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring that all interactions with customers reflect the highest standards of quality, integrity, and transparency.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with our manufacturer partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, best practices, and operational excellence.
