job_description.job_card.job_description$1,500 Sign‑on bonus Minimum starting pay is $20 / hr plus $1.50 shift differential Quarterly profit sharing with no cap Time‑and‑a‑half for hours over 40; double‑time for hours beyond 48 in a week Health, dental, and vision insurance on day one with an HSA contribution On‑site amenities : gym, medical center, pharmacy, and barbershop Paid parental leave for all regular full‑time employees Perform assembly, testing, problem‑solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control Follow detailed instructions and work orders in English; accurately count, label, and track parts Spot issues fast—recognize defects, verify part numbers and sizes, and keep quality standards high Operate with zero‑compromise safety : adhere to policies and procedures and model safety awareness and efficiency Eager to learn, dependable, and committed to a hard day’s work Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks and standing for several hours Good hand‑eye coordination; able to handle small parts Basic math and computer skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English; basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers Forklift and crane license a plus

Picture your week
- 12‑hour shifts : 6 am–6 pm OR 6 pm–6 am
- Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with every other weekend off
- You’ll work 3 or 4 days a week and only 15 days a month
- Every other week includes 8 hours of built‑in overtime
