Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to add Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This full-time position earns acompetitive wageof$18 - $22 / hour (depending on experience).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN :

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you provide a combination of technical skills, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure that our customers heating and cooling systems operate efficiently and reliably.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN :

• 1 year residential maintenance experience; preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Good listener
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Take pride in your work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work from heights and in small crawl spaces
• Have the ability to express technical information in laymans terms by having outstanding verbal and written communication
