Coverage Dates : July - Ongoing (as soon as credentialed) Type of Patients / Cases : Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids and OB Patients per Day / Volume : varies EMR : Epic Support Staff : MD Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent) : Medical direction Care Team : 1 : 3 APRN or RN : RN only state Experience Required : 2+ years CRNA experience Minimum length of commitment : Any availability Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe) : locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster Life Certifications / Qualifications required : ACLS + BLS Compact State : PA ; Active License strongly preferred Miscellaneous Information : PA Child Abuse requirement for license; Prefer candidates who will also credential at other site as well
