We are currently seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS MN Inter Falls in International Falls, MN .

Position Details

  • Facility : GSS MN Inter Falls
  • Location : 2201 Keenan Dr, International Falls, MN 56649, USA
  • Shift : Evening (2 : 15 PM - 10 : 45 PM)
  • Schedule : Full-time, with every other weekend and holiday rotation required
  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000!

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will :

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
  • Demonstrate competency in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinate resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
  • Serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of nursing practice and ethics.
