Position Overview We're looking for a Digital Marketing Content Creator to develop dynamic content that elevates brand visibility and strengthens engagement across all marketing channels. You'll focus on social media, email marketing, and website content while supporting campaigns, product launches, and public relations initiatives.

This is an exempt, individual-contributor role reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager. You'll partner with internal teams and external collaborators but will not supervise others directly.

Key Responsibilities Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Design and schedule posts (videos, graphics, animations) to grow audience reach; monitor metrics and refine strategies.

Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with the organization's voice.

Plan and execute email campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis.

Draft press releases, articles, and external communications to support PR initiatives.

Develop and update marketing collateral and product literature.

Ensure all materials meet brand standards and maintain quality consistency.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience creating content for digital and print channels.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and email marketing tools.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofing skills with attention to detail.

Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with GIFs, 3D imaging, or video production is a plus.
