Location : Joliet, IL

Home Time : Weekly (34-hour reset)

Hiring Area : IL, WI, IN, and MI

Freight Type : 100% Touch Freight

Experience Level : CDL-A with 3+ months preferred

Pay & Bonus

Mileage Pay (Experience-Based) :

0-11 months : $0.82 CPM

12-23 months : $0.83 CPM

24-35 months : $0.84 CPM

36+ months : $0.85 CPM

Unload Pay : $245 per trailer

Backhaul Pay : $70 per backhaul

Stop Pay : $25 per stop

Average Weekly Gross Pay : $1,500-$1,700 (based on 800-1,000 miles and 3 loads / week)

Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 total

$500 after first load

$500 after 30 days (must be active & seated at payout)

Training Pay : 2 training days at $150 / day (shadow runs following trainers truck)

100% touch freight live unloads at retail stores

Regional coverage area : IL, WI, IN, and MI

3 loads per week on average, 16 stops per trailer

Home weekly for 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed)

Local-based drivers must park at Markham Terminal or Joliet DC (no at-home parking)

Assigned Internationals and Freightliners great maneuverability for tight store deliveries

Physically active job with safety-first unloading process

Tenured support staff available 24 / 7
