Manager, Marketing (Tualatin)

The Manager, Marketing plays a critical role in developing and executing the companys marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals. This individual will lead a small but highly capable team while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product and external partners. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on; skilled at creating actionable marketing plans, developing engaging content, analyzing performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop annual marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs that drive awareness, conversion, and retention.
• Assist VP of Marketing in market analysis, competitive research, annual budgeting process, and long-term strategic planning.

Brand & Consumer Engagement

Market Research & Analysis

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Compensation : $80,000 - $110,000 per year
