    Requirements :

  • Active RN license in Florida with 2+ years recent home health experience.

    • License / Certification :

  • Level 2 background screening (Required).
  • Oasis Assessment Experience (Required).

    • Weekly schedule :

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Rotating weekends.
