REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification – you’re ready to hit the ground running!
• Active, unencumbered MA LABA certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Reliable transportation , a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance – we’re mobile and need you to be too!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, effective communication is key in everything we do.
• A passion for helping children and families succeed through ABA Therapy.
• A commitment to supporting, developing, and mentoring Behavior Technicians to ensure ongoing success for the team and clients.
