The Role

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer (Google Ads Meta Ads) to join our team and manage a portfolio of high-growth brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook Instagram) with a laser focus on profitability and business impact.

This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex growth challenges, and has a proven track record of scaling accounts profitably across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Strategy & Execution — Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google and Meta, driving growth across both DTC e-commerce and lead generation verticals.
• Profit-Focused Optimization — Optimize campaigns toward bottom-line business metrics such as contribution margin, LTV, and payback periods—not just ROAS
• Data-Driven Decision-Making — Leverage analytics and cross-channel performance data to identify opportunities, allocate budgets intelligently, and continuously improve efficiency.
• Creative Collaboration — Partner with Pixel Theory’s creative and data science teams to develop platform-specific ad creatives and smarter spend strategies.
• Cross-Channel Integration — Align paid search and paid social strategies to maximize synergy, funnel efficiency, and overall brand growth.
• Client Impact — Serve as a trusted growth partner, presenting insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
