Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with billing terms and conditions.
- Resolving discrepancies and addressing billing inquiries from clients and internal departments.
- Assisting in month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Verifying billing details, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company standards.
Requirements :
Experience : Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles preferred.Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Technology : Familiarity with billing software, Excel, and other financial tools is desirable.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to address inquiries and collaborate with team members.Education : High school diploma / GED required; additional education in accounting or business administration is a plus.
