Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute learning objectives, curriculum, content, and evaluation plans for training courses

Analyze strategy, curriculum design, and content delivery for effective training

Deliver complex content empathetically to diverse audiences while ensuring high fidelity of training activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience

Experience with learning analysis, curriculum design, and content delivery

Experience with Learning Management Systems such as JKO

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design models
