What you will be doing :

  • Manage and oversee the receipt of bakery ingredients, packaging material, and other supplies.
  • Ensure correctness of amounts, weights, and verify against company purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring a first in, first out usage. Report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Inspect incoming ingredients for contamination, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.
  • Operate powered equipment to transport materials to required areas.
  • Maintain high safety standards and cleanliness, consistently ensuring the elimination of potential hazards.
  • Uphold company standards, including GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Quality policies.

    • What we need from you :

  • Comfortable in a warm working environment.
  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
  • Must have Skilled Forklift Experience
  • Computer skills needed
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, E-mail (Outlook)
  • Organizational skills needed
  • Self -starter, highly Motivated
  • Ability to lift, push / pull up to 50lbs, stack / unstack or carry, stand and / or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
