A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
Assist with inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred, with preparation offered for qualified candidates
Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
Spanish / bi-lingual skills are a plus
Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills
Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
