Experienced Project Manager In Fire Protection Industry

Salary Range : $80,000 - $125,000 Annually

Are you an experienced project manager in the fire protection industry ready to lead large-scale projects? We're looking for a highly motivated individual to drive project success from start to finish.

The Role

You'll oversee all aspects of major fire protection projects, including :

Planning & Execution : Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; leading teams and managing resources.

Oversight : Tracking progress, mitigating risks, managing changes, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Communication : Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.

Compliance : Ensuring all projects meet fire codes and industry standards (NFPA).

Qualifications

7 years of project management experience in fire protection.

Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex fire protection projects.

Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, special hazards).

Expertise in fire codes and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Bonus Points For :

NIET Certification in a relevant fire protection discipline.

Professional Engineer (PE) License.
