job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and directing visitors as needed. Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns specific to the location. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly following Allied Universal protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
