Your Mission at HANDS

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at HANDS, you won't just provide services, you'll shape lives. We are a purpose-driven organization that believes in empowering individuals and supporting families through evidence-based, compassionate ABA practices.

Your role will be both dynamic and rewarding, with a primary focus on conducting assessments (e.g., functional analyses, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS ) and designing data-driven treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis. You'll also serve as a mentor and leader, supervising a team of RBTs and BTs, coaching caregivers, and collaborating with clinical leaders to achieve real outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional and skill-based behavioral assessments using gold-standard tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Translate assessment findings into comprehensive ABA treatment plans grounded in research and best practices.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and direct care staff on intervention implementation and professional growth.
• Deliver direct behavioral services and support individual and group sessions as needed.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress using data analysis and clinical insights.
• Lead caregiver and parent training to support generalization and consistency across environments.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, Clinical Directors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, utilizing behavioral health software (Central Reach proficiency preferred).
• Respond effectively in crisis situations and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Embrace ongoing learning through team trainings, peer feedback, and leadership guidance.

The pay range for this role is :

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(210 Cary )

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(225 Cary)

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(1060 Holly Springs)
