Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer in Training to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN!

The producer in training will be placed in various departments to assist in those particular activities and duties in order to gain technical knowledge and learn processes and procedures of Brown & Brown. The producer in training will also be given various training and educational opportunities during the training program. The overall objective is to be prepared to move into a sales position as an Insurance Sales Producer at the conclusion of the training program.

How you will contribute :

• The main duty and responsibility of a producer in training is to find, develop, propose, and bind new business.
• Follow all systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations.
• Obtain prospects and actively pursue and create interest by telephone calls, writing letters, or occasional personal visits.
• To attend insurance company meeting for public relations purpose.
• Understand the role of automation in our agency and maximize utilization of its capability for customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties upon request.

Pay range : $80k - $100k Annual
