Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of our high-end dining experience.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure flawless guest experiences, and build a best-in-class front-of-house team. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of a concept that blends the energy of sport with the polish of fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant, bar, and events
• Manage scheduling, floor operations, and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure
• Uphold high standards for presentation, hospitality, and team culture
• Monitor financial performance, labor, and inventory to achieve operational goals
