Experience in subscription services, client retention, or client renewal services is preferred. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Salesforce experience is a huge plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to comfortably conduct professional outbound calls and manage sensitive client conversations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
Our client is lookin for a Customer Retention Specialist to join their Digital Sales team!
Location : Westminster, CO (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation : $17 / hour W2

Here is what you will be doing :
- Proactively manage and foster relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct calls to clients who are at risk of non-renewal or expressing dissatisfaction.
- Identify, analyze, and address "renewal blockers" and product dissatisfaction issues to secure contract extensions.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and insights on reasons for non-renewal to inform company strategy.
- Utilize analytical skills to review customer data and usage patterns to anticipate risks and develop targeted retention strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of service, technical, or billing issues that may impact a customer's decision to renew.
