What You’ll Do :

Work directly with

seasoned litigators

to prepare high-stakes cases for trial

Negotiate settlements

with insurance carriers and resolve medical liens with providers

Draft compelling

legal documents and correspondence

Communicate with clients

, healthcare providers, and adjusters with empathy and professionalism

Obtain and review

medical records

and critical documentation to support case strategy

Manage a

high-volume caseload

with precision and care

Litigate cases from intake through

jury trial

, gaining courtroom experience alongside a winning team

What We’re Looking For :

Strong desire to learn personal injury law (Prior experience not required)

Florida Bar License (required)

Strong organizational and client management skills

Excellent written and verbal advocacy
