Job Description

Reno Staffing is in search of a Sales / Marketing Specialist. We are looking for someone with proven sales experience, consistency and creativity to ensure our company attracts the best clients with the most enticing job opportunities.

Monday- Friday, 8 : 30am-4pm

Reno, 89502

Sales / Networking

Door to Door business sales, targeting production and warehousing
research companies coming into the area and who the appropriate contacts are
meet with prospective clients and offer our staffing services
research upcoming / appropriate events, grow connections and maintain relationships
negotiate agreements and support overall sales efforts

Marketing

Coordinate the creation and management of digital and print marketing collateral.

Create engaging content for social media, website, and email.

Provide support for the company's CRM system, including data entry, list segmentation, reporting, and tracking and managing leads and customer interactions within the CRM.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements

Professional appearance

Positive, friendly attitude with a confident presence

Interpersonal communication skills

Superior Computer skills

Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Possess a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Knowledge of Northern Nevada Job Market

Resilient / Adaptable

Bilingual preferred
