Daily Responsibilities : Execution of home repairs and maintenance tasks Installation of rough framing Construction and installation of cabinetry Completion of finish carpentry tasks Interpretation of blueprint Required Skills : Proficiency in framing and woodworking Understanding of tile installation and finishing techniques Adeptness with hand tools and blueprint comprehension Capability to work on remodeling projects Experience in roofing, drywall, and plumbing Nice to Have Skills : Familiarity with personal protective equipment Knowledge of installation methodologies Prior experience in carpentry (5 years) Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $56,000.00 Maximum Salary : $90,000.00 Benefits : Sick Leave we are also seeking other specialists and other trades to include, but not limited to drywall installation, finish carpentry, tile, setting, painting, etc. Company Information : Builder's Innovation Group is a distinguished construction firm based in Murrieta, CA, specializing in upscale kitchen renovations and ADU constructions.
