Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Responsible for new / renewal business production
- Assisting / mentoring / recruiting new producers
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Answering customer inquiries
- Mediating questions / concerns with customers and carriers
Insurance Sales Manager Requirements :
College degree preferred or comparable work experience5+ years' experience in the commercial insurance industry with a primary focus on sales, service, and in-depth knowledge of applicable coveragesCPCU, CIC, AIS, CRIS designations a plusDemonstrated management experience in a client service environmentDemonstrated ability to produce new business and retain clientsAn active Property & Casualty LicenseProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsAbility to inspire and develop a high performing sales cultureStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent interpersonal skills
