Associate UX Researcher role at Salesforce. This position is part of the Digital Enterprise Experience (DEX) UX Design team, a shared-services function focused on employee experience and go-to-market user experience across Salesforce domains. The team partners with stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled, human-centered design and drive impact at scale.

Role Description

Are you a UX researcher interested in creating meaningful people-driven digital experiences with a focus on impact at scale and evangelizing the value of design? If you are fascinated by human behavior and how organizational culture, context and technology connect, we’d love to hear from you.

As an Associate UX Researcher , you’ll be responsible for defining, leading, analyzing, and socializing UX research studies in close partnership with UX designers, senior UX researchers, UX strategist, and product managers. You’ll scope, plan, recruit, execute and analyze all aspects of your research across Salesforce businesses—bringing data-backed insights to solve business challenges affecting internal employees and external customer experience.

About Digital Enterprise Experience (DEX) UX Design

DEX UX Design is an internal shared-services team within Salesforce focused on employee experience across Salesforce’s internal infrastructure, as well as go-to-market UX across Salesforce domains. We help internal business units recognize and adapt to change in their business landscape. We partner with stakeholders to drive an AI-driven digital future through human-centered design.

Our typical UX workstreams combine strategic advisory, visioning, user research, design strategy, ideation, storytelling, value propositions, workshop facilitation, rapid prototyping, end-user testing, and product design. Join us to enable employees and customers to live their best work lives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and UX teams to outline research plans, execute research, consolidate findings, and present insights
• Plan, design, and lead research strategy informing business, product and design decisions for multiple product areas
• Define and consolidate quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, usability studies, field studies, etc.) to inform requirements, content strategy, wireframes, and design
• Work with partners across teams to define and prioritize user research needs and lead execution
• Identify and recommend research methods and prioritize by schedule and opportunity
• Find opportunities to improve user experience within your domain
• Estimate work effort and define timelines for research projects
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to multiple teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to research ops, stay current with trends, and support the team and culture
• Distill complex research into understandable, actionable insights for leadership and teams
