What You'll Do :

• Welcome and support patients participating in clinical trials, making their experience smooth and positive.
• Collect vital data (EKGs, vitals, interviews) that directly contribute to advancing healthcare discoveries.
• Perform phlebotomy, process lab specimens, and coordinate with study teams to keep trials on track.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory supportkeeping everything organized and compliant.
