Position Overview : We’re seeking a Patient Health & Treatment Advisor to join our team. This role combines compassionate patient care with the ability to guide patients through treatment options in a way that emphasizes their overall health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have either a dental background or proven sales experience—someone who is confident in presenting treatment and financial options while focusing on patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with patients to review treatment recommendations in a supportive, patient-centered way.

Present treatment plans clearly, highlighting health benefits and answering financial questions with empathy.

Guide patients in making confident choices about their dental care.

Reactivate patients with incomplete or unscheduled treatment, ensuring they stay on track with their health goals.

Build trust and relationships with patients while aligning their needs with our clinical team’s recommendations.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.

What We’re Looking For

Dental experience or a strong background in consultative sales.

Excellent communication and listening skills, with a natural ability to build trust.
