Texas Licensed Healthcare Representative

A company is looking for a Licensed Healthcare Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and provide marketing materials related to Medicare plans

Utilize tools for single call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

Input caller information accurately into multiple tools and schedule callbacks for the Sales Team

Required Qualifications

Must hold a valid and active health insurance license

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year or more inbound call center experience preferred

Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred

Must reside in specific states (AR, FL, GA, KS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA)
