Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description :
As a BCBA you will provide services to individuals with behavioral challenges and skill deficits. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior / treatment plans, data collection / analysis as well as training and supervising direct support staff in the residential treatment facilities.

Employment Requirements Include :
Background Check-Live scan
Health Screening / TB Test
Valid California Drivers License or ID
Masters degree in psychology, public health, social work or a related human services field, plus two years experience in the developmental disabilities field.
6+ years experience in field of ABA
Job Responsibilities Include :
Creates proactive antecedent intervention behavioral plans.
Applies behavioral principles consistently in all client / staff interactions.
Supports all staff in applying behavioral intervention plans.
Conducts resident / staff observations.
Provides documented assessments of observations.
Develops and provides staff training programs.
Develops program plans and other instructional activities that aid in the development of functional skills.
Observes and monitors fidelity of behavior / treatment plans.
Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with all program participants and professional development team.
Responds effectively and manages crisis situations.
Participates in individual program planning meetings.
Works with residents, consultants, staff and social workers to implement effective treatment / behavior plans.
