Join a growing precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We’re looking for skilled CNC machinists to operate Swiss, lathe, and milling machines in a clean, high-tech environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to grow with a company that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

Location :  Elk River, MN

Wage :  $18 – $28 / hr, depending on experience

Hours :

  • 1st Shift :  6 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 6 : 00 am – 12 : 00 pm on Friday (Overtime required)
  • 2nd Shift :   4 : 30 pm – 6 : 30 am, Monday – Thursday (Friday overtime optional)

    • Duties of the Swiss machinist :

  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss, lathe, and milling machines to produce precision parts
  • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot and correct machine or tooling issues as needed

    • Requirements of the Swiss machinist :

  • Previous CNC machining experience required (Swiss, lathe, or mill)
  • Setup and / or programming experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed
