Reporting to the Director of HM Insight and working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT, as well as regional leadership

Delivering actionable financial and operational insights to support decision-making across business lines using data visualizations and enterprise performance management solutions

Opportunities to lead high-impact business transformation projects, work with cutting-edge technologies, and grow into a leadership role

Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership

Exposure to advanced analytics platforms, cloud-based data solutions, and AI-driven tools is a key part of this role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or an advanced technical degree

35 years of experience

Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and / or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Tableau, BW / 4HANA, Oracle EPMincluding Essbase, Planning, and Reporting)

Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action; able to influence and work across teams

Proactive in identifying trends and anomalies

Prior experience in the building materials industry is a plus
