About the Role

Were hiring a Mitigation Manager to lead, build, and manage our growing mitigation division. This role is hands-on, leadership-focused, and foundational to our future. Youll start by leading field operations while building systems and training your own crew(s). As we grow, youll help define how this department evolvesso were looking for someone who thrives in change and wants to build, not just maintain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mitigation projects (water, mold, demo, structural drying, fire and smoke cleaning)
  • Lead field operations initially while recruiting and training a high-performance crew
  • Document jobs accurately and ensure timely, professional execution
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements as we scale
  • Work closely with leadership on strategy, staffing, and service development
